The question is can Farsight deliver more than their excellent engine. In many aspects ZEN’s product presentation is vastly superior. That’s no offense to my friends with have worked hard and put out a quality product as well. This game has been riding a tidalwave of temper tantrums since the news came that the developer Farsight lost the Williams/Bally licence, I love these classics as much as anyone and am sad to see them go, which is why you need to get them while you still can! Pinball Arcade without question is the best pinball experience to be had. While you have the chance, get any seasons you can. As is posted everywere, all of the Bally and Williams pinball games, +60% of the game will be removed from the store and be unavailable on any platform going forward on 6/30/18. Get every season if you can, I enjoy enough from each season that it is bargin compared to individual table buys. Many of the greatest games of all time are in this collection. I highly recomend this game to anyone who likes pinball or has even a passing intrest in it. The simulations of real pinball machines are a great learning tool for rules and strategy on a real game, if you are lucky enough to find a classic pin in the wild you will likely know the rules going in. This release marks the best representation. But all four are represented here in painstakingly accurate detail, right down to their dot matrix displays, sound FX, music, voices, and physics. Tables like Ripley’s Believe it or Not!, Tales of the Arabian Nights, and Theater of Magic are probably going to be more familiar to fans than the fourth table, Black Hole.

The initial offering of four tables represents a pretty eclectic mix of fan favorites and curiosities. Williams and Bally games are no longer available since June 30, 2018, as FarSight had lost the license to WMS properties, which has since passed to Zen Studios. And Company, and Stern Pinball, a company which also owns the rights of machines from Data East and Sega Pinball.
